Cancellation Policy
I aim to work with transparency and accountability.
I understand that life happens and sometimes we need to adjust. If you must cancel a session I ask that you give me as much notice as possible via text, email or phone. If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice there will be no charge to cancel the session and rearrange. Cancellation of a session with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at half of the agreed fee for the missed session. If you fail to attend a session and do not tell me that you will not be attending (DNA) there will be a financial penalty. A full payment is required for a ‘No Show’.
If I need to cancel your session, I will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible. You will not be charged where the counsellor is not available.
In either case, we can negotiate and rearrange your session to a mutually suitable time.
